PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ideal for anterior retraction, space closure, and use with elastics or Nickel Titanium springs.

Orthoform Posted Stainless Steel archwires are manufactured from the same premium 304V steel used for our regular Stainless Steel arches, but feature pliable 6mm solid brass posts with extra strong soldered joints, enabling the posts to be bent over 90 degrees without breakage. The unique solder process ensures that no overheating occurs, avoiding the chance of creating any brittle areas which would cause fracture of the archwire below the solder joint.

Available in a variety of sizes, with posts sized in 2mm width increments.
Lower archwires are available with 22 to 30mm span, and Upper with 32 to 44mm.
